Credentialing Services
I’d be glad to support clinicians with credentialing services. Navigating insurance panels can be overwhelming, time-consuming, and often confusing, especially while managing other aspects of having a private practice and seeing clients. My goal is to simplify this process for you, making it feel more manageable and less stressful. I offer support with CAQH setup and maintenance, initial insurance panel applications, panel additions, and ongoing follow-ups throughout the credentialing process. I bring both clinical understanding and attention to detail to the process. My focus is to keep things clear, thorough, and collaborative so clinicians can feel informed and supported every step of the way.
The Process
I meet with you to go over your credentials and your private practice goals, including which insurance companies you’re considering credentialing with. I then provide personalized recommendations tailored to your specific goals and situation.
Step 1 - Initial Consultation
Step 2 - Document Preparation
I gather the necessary information needed for your credentialing documents, including your NPI, TIN, practice address, taxonomy, and any other details required to complete the process.
I prepare and submit your applications to the insurance carriers you’ve chosen, ensuring everything is complete and accurate. I also stay in contact with insurance companies and follow up as needed, responding promptly to any questions or requests they have.
Step 3 - Application and Follow Up
Step 4 - Approval and Next Steps
After approval, I can support you with the setup process, including EFT/direct deposit, ERA enrollment in your EHR, and ensuring your billing is properly set up within your EHR.
