About Me

Alongside my work as a LCSW, I serve as a board-approved Clinical Supervisor for Clinical Social Work Associates (CSWAs) who are working toward licensure in the state of Oregon. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to have supervisors who truly showed up for me — offering support, guidance, and thoughtful challenges that helped me grow.  The relationships I had with them have been valuable to me and played a big role in my decision to become a clinical supervisor myself.  Their impact continues to stay with me, and I’m excited for the opportunity to offer that to supervisees.

My career and passion has been focused on working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking and sex trafficking. The main modalities I utilize are Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Focused, Psychodynamic Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Before becoming a LCSW, I worked in a various roles including Interpersonal Violence Advocate, International Case Manager, and Prevention and Education Specialist. These positions allowed me to work across diverse settings such as schools, universities, community centers, and agencies, giving me a deeper understanding of the complex systems that impact individuals and communities.

My Approach to Supervision

My approach to supervision is to create a space for reflection, growth, and connection. In our work together, we will focus on highlighting the parts of your work where you feel most capable, while also reflecting on the challenges or skills you’re wanting to develop further. We’ll also focus on areas that may feel sensitive or uncertain, navigate ethical questions that come up in practice, and address any personal or workplace-related expereinces that could impact your growth.

My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to ask questions and reflect deeply on your work.

Topics I’m especially passionate about bringing into supervision are:

  • Working with trauma through a relational and attachment-based lens

  • Exploring how personal identity and lived experience shape your work

  • Understanding attachment dynamics in the therapeutic relationship

  • Cultivating your professional identity and clinical voice

  • Transference and counter transference

  • Therapist identity development

  • Development of theoretical orientation

  • Building confidence in clinical decision-making and therapeutic presence

  • Navigating power, privilege, and systemic oppression within the session

  • Integrating social justice values into clinical practice

  • Advocating for yourself in systems that don’t always value clinician well-being

  • Compassion fatigue and preventing burnout

  • Relationships with employers, management, and colleagues

  • Work-related stressors

  • Current events and policies related to the profession

Frequency of Supervision Sessions

The frequency of supervision session will depend on the supervisee's need and requirement for the Oregon Board of Social Workers. According to the Oregon Board of Social Worker's Website, supervision must occur a minimum of twice per month for at least 60 minutes. I schedule supervision on the same day and time, for example every Monday at 9:00AM or every other Monday at 9:00AM. Once you decide what day and time works best with your schedule, that day and time will be reserved for you.

Cost of Supervision Sessions

The cost of supervision session is $185.00. In addition to supervision sessions, the rate includes other professional services required by the board. Other services may include: completing the supervision reports. The payment is expected at the end of each session unless other arrangements have been made.

If you are a supervisee who is able to pay the full rate, you will be providing an opportunity for me to offer a spot to supervisees who are needing a sliding scale rate.

I accept all major credit/debit cards. Payments are made through HIPAA-compliant practice software at the end of each session.

Sliding Scale Rates

I hold a few spots for supervisees who are needing sliding scale rates. Sliding scale rates range from $150.00 to $185.00. Sliding spots will be prioritized to supervisees who are BIPOC only.

My sliding scale offerings typically take into consideration several factors to ensure fairness and accessibility. These include:

  • Income level – Whether you are paid hourly or salaried, and your overall financial situation

  • Current supervision support – Whether you already have a supervisor provided by your employer or if you’re seeking additional supervision independently

  • Work setting – Priority is often given to clinicians working in community mental health agencies, nonprofit organizations, or other under-resourced settings

If you are in need of a sliding scale rate, we can have a conversation about this during the phone call consultation or first supervision session.
