About Me

I’m a board-approved Clinical Supervisor for Clinical Social Work Associates working toward licensure in Oregon. My career and passion has been focused on working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a various roles including Interpersonal Violence Advocate, International Case Manager, and Prevention and Education Specialist. These experiences allowed me to engage with various settings across schools, universities, community centers, and agencies and the complex systems they hold.

As a therapist, I have worked in clinics that specialize in trauma treatment. The main modalities I utilize are Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Focused approaches, Psychodynamic Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

My Approach to Supervision

Supervision with me is a space for reflection, growth, and connection. My approach to supervision is explorative. We’ll explore on identifying your strengths, understanding where you feel most confident, and noticing areas where you're still growing or where you want improvement on. We’ll also explore potential vulnerable spots, ethical challenges or dilemmas, and any personal or professional conflicts that may arise.

Each supervision session will include the essentials - case consultations, focusing on your clinical skills, integrating evidence-based practices, and reviewing / improving your documentation. But we will also discuss navigating boundaries, recognizing and managing vicarious trauma, preventing burnout, and learning how to advocate for yourself and honor your wants and needs in professional settings.

My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to ask questions and reflect deeply on your work. The only thing I ask is that you come prepared, open, and curious.

15-20 minute consultation | Free
Individual Supervision | sliding scale* $150-185/hr

*My sliding scale spots are for BIPOC CSWAs only. It is also based on where you are employed, what position you are in, and if your clinical supervision will be out-of-pocket vs. employer funded.

What are the hour requirements for Clinical Social Work Associates in Oregon?

In order to complete the CSWA Program and qualify for the LCSW you must have:

3500 Clinical practice hours
2000 of those hours must be direct client
100 hours of supervision, of which at least 50 must be individual
a minimum of 24 months of supervised practice
Passed the ASWB clinical exam
